homemade pork sausage, wrapped in bacon & fried on flat top; served in brioche bun & topped w/ turkey chorizo, grilled onions, chimichurri (parsley, garlic & herb sauce), chopped tomatoes, cilantro aioli; Jeff also got a side of eggplant fries (comes w/ chimichurri aioli dipping sauce); looks good
